This Privacy Policy explains how Liberty Peak Group LLC ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Motorsportsoft mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account Information

Email address (required to create and log into your account)
Password (stored in encrypted/hashed form — we never store your plaintext password)

Purchase & Subscription Information

Records of in-app purchases, active subscriptions, and entitlements you have unlocked
Purchase receipt data provided by Google Play and processed through RevenueCat (our subscription management provider)

Usage Information

Features and tools you access within the App
General interaction data used to improve App performance

Device Information

Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers as provided by the Android platform

We do not collect your payment card number, bank details, or any other financial account information. All payment processing is handled directly by Google Play.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Create and authenticate your account
Deliver the features and tools you have subscribed to or purchased
Manage and verify your subscription entitlements
Respond to your support requests
Improve the App's functionality and user experience
Send important account-related communications (e.g., purchase confirmations, policy changes)
Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your personal information for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service that may receive certain information about you:

RevenueCat
We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat receives your device identifier, purchase receipts, and entitlement status to verify and fulfill subscriptions. RevenueCat operates under its own privacy policy, which you can review at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy .

Google Play
The App is distributed through and processes payments via Google Play. Google collects information according to its own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy .

We do not use any additional third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: With RevenueCat and Google Play as described in Section 3, solely to operate the App
Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Liberty Peak Group LLC, our users, or the public
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice in the App before such transfer occurs.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. You may at any time delete your account from within the app using the "Delete Account" function. If you delete your account, data is immediately deleted and is not recoverable. Individual events and associated data with that event can be deleted individually within the app - once deleted, the data is not recoverable (it is highly encouraged that when cleaning up your event schedule that the "Archive" function is used - this will remove the event from the listing but is recoverable by the user from within the app). Email used for login is deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or prevent fraud.

Purchase records may be retained for longer periods as required for accounting and legal compliance.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

Encrypted password storage (hashed with a secure algorithm — your plaintext password is never stored)
Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS
Access controls limiting who within Liberty Peak Group LLC can access personal data

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Motorsportsoft app is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete that information. 8. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through the App's account settings or by contacting us

9. International Data Transfers

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:

Posting the updated policy at this URL with a revised "Last Updated" date
Displaying an in-App notice
Sending an email to the address associated with your account (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the App and delete your account.
